On Thursday 27th November the IBC demonstration of Next Generation News Distribution using TAMS won the Broadcast Tech Innovation award. The award is for the work by Reuters, UK Parliamentary Broadcasting Unit and AWS did to build the multi-company demonstration.
The judges made some amazing comments: “A total game changer for the industry, a uniquely collaborative effort and a fine example of how great the industry can be when it comes together”.
This award is in addition to the Industry Partnership award that TAMS won as the IABM Impact Awards at IBC 2025 for the same demonstration.
